Wherever I travel, I am infinitely more curious about the road less traveled than the one everyone else follows. Some of my favorite finds have been discovered down unpretentious back alleys and bumpy dirt roads that venture far from civilization. I love the thrill of finding unexpected treasure. For this reason, I founded BACI Kitchen.
Drawn from its roots as a fine chocolate producer, BACI Kitchen has expanded as a boutique purveyor of chef-created culinary innovations. From organic EVOOs and single-varietal, cask-aged vinegars to award-winning vinaigrettes and sauces, we offer a rich array of flavors for people who love to cook. We are most excited when we come up with recipes that evoke the flavors, sights and textures of your favorite destination.
