Chef Jeff 
— chocolatier / artisan chef / award-winning foodie

Jeffry's passion for food started as early as he could use the stand mixer in his grandmother's kitchen. In time, his creations quickly became a favorite at family gatherings and celebrations. After college, Jeffry discovered that chocolate was a medium for creating transformative experiences. Soon, he was crafting sensual favors, platters and settings for weddings, showers and parties, as well as visceral bites in unexpected forms for corporate and winery events.

Throughout his years in Europe, Jeffry's skill as an artisan chef and chocolatier were further developed (including his "to-die-for" hot chocolate formula). After 25-years in the wine industry, Jeffry left corporate life and returned to his childhood passion, eventually building his own culinary brand: BACI Kitchen (BACI: Italian meaning "kisses"). 

Headquartered in Sonoma wine country, Jeffry
 is a national and international award-winning chef and chocolatier. Since launching in 2015, Chef Jeff is thrilled to service elite retailers including St. Francis Winery, Oakville Grocery and the Culinary Institute of America. Featured in several publications such as "Sonoma Magazine" and "Very Napa Valley," Jeffry's flavors are enjoyed by celebrities like Chef John Ash and Guy Fieri. Recently, BACI Kitchen was voted "Finalist" in the "Best of Sonoma County." Chef Jeff is extremely proud to be the recipient of a prestigious GOOD FOOD award. 

From radio broadcasts, school visits and media interviews, Jeffry is eager to share his experience with the community, including the next generation of culinary producers. Chef Jeff believes that "a healthy society, begins in the kitchen."
